Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000

- Develop and deploy scalable infrastructure environments (including on-prem and hybrid server setups) that support core business functions.
- Oversee and maintain network systems, server environments (Windows/Linux), storage platforms, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Configure, optimize, and support virtualization technologies such as vSphere and vCenter.
- Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Enforce security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices while proactively monitoring performance to reduce outages.
- Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure planning aligns with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines for internal use.
- Mentor and support Helpdesk staff through training and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 2‑3 years in a leadership capacity.
- In‑depth expertise in server management, networking, virtualization, and information security fundamentals.
- Practical experience with enterprise platforms including Active Directory, VMware environments, SAN/NAS storage, and firewall technologies.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities with a focus on system optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience utilizing automation tools and infrastructure‑as‑code methodologies.
- Understanding of Dev Ops principles and CI/CD pipeline practices.
- Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross‑functional teams effectively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
