Maintenance Technician

• Completion of daily work requests, and event set-up.
• Completion of project work, including but not limited to painting, furniture assembly and repair, faculty‑staff office moves, minor construction and repairs, etc.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Assist with campus security, and university safety policies, serving as a point of contact for local emergency responders in the absence of a Facilities Management supervisor on campus, securing the building if closing the campus, etc.
• Key / access distribution, and assist with  requests as necessary.
• Serve as back-up driver for inter-campus mail delivery.
• Assist with supplemental, daytime cleaning (primary cleaning happens in the evening).
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1‑3 years experience with general building maintenance.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• High School Diploma.
