We have a client in Wheeling IL, who's looking for an Industrial Project Coordinator to lead material handling installation projects. This person will report to a Project Manager and coordinate with office and field staff to monitor daily activities for crews, materials, and equipment to ensure everything is on schedule.
This opportunity is contract to potential direct for the right candidate.
Requirements
- 3+ years of coordination experience in material handling, conveyors, or automation is REQUIRED
- Experience working in an ERP system
- Experience with on-site safety protocols
- Experience scheduling subcontractors, employees for coverage and training
