Shift Hours (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday-Friday workweek) 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $23.00-$29.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

The CNC Grinding Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining three Rollomatic grinding machines to produce precision metal components according to engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and set up CNC grinding machines for production runs
- Load raw materials and verify tooling configurations
- Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and travelers
- Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Follow all required work and maintenance instructions and procedures
- Load component materials into product specific tools
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements
- Accurately document production and quality results
- Perform other functions as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Rollomatic CNC grinding experience preferred
- Experience with tooling, offsets, and basic machine adjustments
- Strong understanding of CNC fundamentals and machining principles
- Ability to work with tight tolerances (.xxx and .xxxx)
- Familiarity with precision measuring equipment
- Strong shop math skills, including working with decimals
- Ability to follow written work instructions and engineering prints
- Understanding of inspection requirements and quality standards
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
