Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will act as a right-hand to the Production Manager and partner closely with plant leadership to drive production performance, improve efficiency, and support a culture of continuous improvement. • Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to meet delivery and quality commitments
• Lead efforts to improve efficiency, throughput, and overall productivity
• Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Support and enforce quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions
• Help develop and mentor frontline supervisors and production staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and drive accountability
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environments
• Comfort using production planning tools and manufacturing systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
