Wieland is hiring an Operations Coordinator
. The Operations Coordinator will support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production activities, maintaining accurate records, ensuring workflow efficiency and working closely with production maintenance, logistics, planning, and management. The role is located in Wheeling, IL and is fully on‑site.
Hourly Pay Range
: $24.00/hr – $36.00/hr

ResponsibilitiesOperations Coordinator Responsibilities
Production Support & Coordination- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Assist with real‑time problem solving to maintain operational flow.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents.
- Enter data into SAP.
- Support audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.
- Comply with all Wieland policies and environmental standards and report all incidents and near misses immediately.
- Serve as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and elevate issues as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- High Diploma Preferred.
- High regard for safety and quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- 2 years of experience in a Wieland manufacturing plant (preferred).
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
