Material Handler II

SUMMARY:

The Material Handler II is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials within a warehouse or production environment. This role requires experience in handling inventory, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate records, while supporting the overall supply chain operations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Review raw material production schedules, pull material, and deliver to individual workstations.

* Verify incoming material quantity/quality requirements, put away, and complete ERP receipt transactions.

* Maintains and organizes raw material inventory.

* Perform inventory cycle counts

* Collaborate with inventory control to determine when product stock is needed.

* Pack products to prepare for shipments.

* Moves goods interdepartmentally utilizing hand trucks and other material handling equipment.

* Maintains and organizes finished product stock.

* Operate Forklift within the facility to transport product.
