Cutting Operator

* Adecco is now hiring Cutting Operators with our client in Wheeling, IL! Weekly pay up to $20.00 per hour. In this role, you will operate cutting machines and related equipment to produce medical device components according to specifications and standard procedures. You'll inspect parts for quality, complete required documentation, follow safety and GMP/GDP guidelines, support continuous improvement efforts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

+ Must have basic math skills to calculate material usage and measurement capability

+ Ability to interpret, follow, and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) accurately to ensure consistency and compliance

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1-3 years' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

+ Requires standing and walking to perform daily tasks on the floor for 8-10 hours

+ Able to read and write in English

+ Great attention to detail

+ Ability to make quality-related decisions as needed

+ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

+ Self-motivated with strong initiative

+ Highly organized

+ Willingness to work in different department areas and learn new job skills

+ Must be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Quality System Regulations (QSR)/Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

2nd shift - 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday*
