CNC Swiss Machinist (All Shifts)
Shift Hours (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday-Friday workweek):
- 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
Potential salary range for this role is $26.00-$35.00/hour, with a 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

The Swiss CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines according to job specifications.
- Load raw materials and verify tooling alignment and offsets.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Make necessary program edits and adjustments to maintain tolerances.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
Ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. - Perform preventative machine maintenance as required.
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years machine shop experience in all phases of machining, including a minimum of two years Swiss CNC experience (REQUIRED).
- Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints and experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
