Shift Hours1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday‑Friday workweek)
We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role, inclusive of shift differential, is $25.00‑$35.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Rollomatic Grinding machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC Rollomatic Grinding machines according to job specifications.
- Load raw materials and verify tooling alignment and offsets.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Make necessary program edits and adjustments to maintain tolerances.
- Perform in‑process inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
- Perform preventative machine maintenance as required.
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years machine shop experience in all phases of machining, including a minimum of two years of CNC experience (REQUIRED).
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints and experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances required.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
