Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Machinist for direct-hire in Wheeling, IL!

Relocation Assistance Available! Pay rate is $25 – $32/hr + Shift Differentials and a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

We are a leading precision manufacturer seeking experienced Swiss CNC Operators to join our growing team. We specialize in high-complexity components where quality and precision are paramount.

Available

Shifts:

• Day Shift | 6:00 am - 5:30 pm | 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)
• Night Shift | 5:30 pm - 5:00 am | 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) | 10% shift premium
• Weekend Night Shift | 5:30 pm – 5:00 am | 4 days per week (Friday-Monday) | 15% shift premium
• Weekend Day Shift | 6:00 am - 5:30 pm | 4 days per week (Friday-Monday) | 11% shift premium
• All shifts currently include a mandatory 5th day of overtime.
• Night/Weekend Premiums: 10% to 15% hourly increase.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain multiple CNC machines in a high-volume environment.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment.
• Manage offsets and tool changes based on layouts.
• Interpret blueprints and maintain strict safety/production standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of CNC machining (Swiss preferred).
• Skills:
  
  Proficient in manual inspection tools and blueprint reading.
• Physical:
  Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
