CNC Machinist

Machine precision parts that power aerospace & defense missions

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday–Friday (Shift Differential Available)

Overtime:
Approximately 10 hours of OT available weekly

What You'll Be Doing
  • Set up and operate 5-axis CNC vertical milling machines
  • Produce complex precision components to exact specifications
  • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Install tooling, fixtures, offsets, and load programs for production and R&D projects
  • Utilize Fanuc or Heidenhain controls to optimize machine performance
  • Edit and troubleshoot G-code and M-code at the machine
  • Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy
  • Machine titanium, stainless steel, alloys, and plastics while maintaining tight tolerances
  • Conduct in-process inspections and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet demanding schedules
  • Troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machining challenges
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment consistent with quality and ITAR standards
Ideal Experience

We're looking for machinists who enjoy challenging work and take pride in precision.

Preferred Experience:

  • CNC milling experience
  • 3- to 5-axis machining experience
  • Blueprint reading and inspection skills
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
  • Ability to edit programs and troubleshoot machining processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
