Fluid Management Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision dispensing equipment for the architectural paint and coatings industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Material Handler Level
1. This junior role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of warehouse experience who are eager to grow and develop their skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials, ensuring efficient movement and transaction of goods, and supporting shipping operations as needed.

• Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse (minimum 1 year of forklift driving experience preferred).
• Utilize computer systems, including Excel and ERP software, to manage and transact materials.
• Assist in the receiving, storing, and distributing of materials and products.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Support shipping operations by preparing and packaging orders for shipment.
• Cross‑train in various warehouse functions to provide support where needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• 1–3 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Must speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Compensation range: $37,500.00 – $56,300.00, depending on experience. May be eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
