Machine Maintenance Technician

Dynomax, Inc. is a family-owned company that designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub‑assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles.

• Installation, service, and repairs of CNC machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and other related equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment
• Move and replace machinery using forklifts and dollies after proper certification
• Use gauges and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed, using hand tools and power tools
• Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications

Ideal candidates have strong technical skills and excellent communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 or more years of production equipment maintenance experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in mechanical and controls calibration standards and methods (a plus)
• Proficient with hand tools and ability to read precision measuring hand tools
