Machine Maintenance Technician - Level II

MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

, a family-owned company, designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a skilled and well rounded Machine Maintenance Technician who will work on a wide variety of production equipment including CNC, Injection Mold, Metal Finishing equipment.

• Installation, service, and repairs of CNC Machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and other related equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment
• Move and replace machinery using fork lifts and dollies through attainment of proper certifications
• Use gages and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed, using hand tools, and power tools
• Replaces fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications

This key position is ideal for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong technical skills as well as excellent communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 or more year of Production Equipment Maintenance experience
