Injection Mold Setup Technician

• Set up and operate injection molding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Use precision measurement tools and microscopes for detailed product analysis.
• Assist with various aspects of product flow within the molding process, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of previous injection molding experience, including machinery and assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-change environments with limited supervision; self-motivated and proactive.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

• Weekly pay starting at $25.00- $35.00/hr, depending on experience.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

Schedules follow a rotating pattern, with alternating weekends off, and the 3rd shift training will be completed on the 2nd shift for 4–6 weeks prior to transition.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
