As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality fin tube products used across major industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating Fin Tube milling machines

Loading and unloading materials

Conducting quality inspections throughout production

Identifying material defects and non-conformances

Recording quality data, scrap counts, and production information

Using production tracking systems and machine interfaces

Troubleshooting machine issues and production challenges

Operating overhead cranes when required

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Collaborating closely with Team Leads and Supervisors

Ensuring products meet exact customer specifications and tolerances

This is more than simply pushing buttons.

You'll learn:

Tube types and material specifications

Precision measurements and quality standards

Production troubleshooting

Machine setup processes

Advanced manufacturing techniques

Equipment operation and process control

Comprehensive training is provided.

6+ months of manufacturing experience

Comfortable standing throughout your shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Basic math skills

Ability to work with fractions and decimals

Strong attention to detail

Commitment to quality and safety

Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
