Position SummaryThe Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing communications programs across Crescent Brands’ portfolio of seven brands and 3,000+ SKUs. This role sits at the intersection of our Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing teams, translating complex product information into compelling content and campaigns that engage customers and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized project manager who is comfortable moving between B2B trade communications and consumer‑facing content, managing multiple brands and deadlines at once, and working hands‑on in a lean, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities Content Development & Storytelling- Develop and manage content calendars across Crescent Brands’ portfolio of businesses.
- Research, write, and edit blog articles, product announcements, customer stories, newsletters, website content, email campaigns, social media content, and sales communications.
- Partner with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to identify content opportunities and develop customer‑focused marketing materials.
- Translate technical product information into clear, compelling messaging for customers, distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
- Identify content opportunities and campaign ideas that support product launches, business priorities, and customer engagement goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, business priorities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Create campaign themes, messaging, and content plans across digital, email, social media, website, and trade channels.
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple brands and product categories.
- Measure campaign performance and recommend opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Partner with Product Management to support the successful launch of new products and collections.
- Develop launch communications, sales tools, promotional materials, and customer‑facing content.
