The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our analytical systems in the U.S. market. Working closely with the Vice President of Sales (Swan USA) and the Global Head of Marketing (HQ), this role ensures alignment between local sales initiatives and global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing within the manufacturing, industrial, or environmental sectors and a strong understanding of technical product marketing.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our analytical systems in the U.S. market according to the below.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy that aligns with global brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales (Swan USA) to support sales-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Global Head of Marketing (HQ) to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and product positioning.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, print and events.
- Oversee content creation for newsletters, website updates and social media.
- Work with internal teams and Headquarters to develop promotional materials.
- Oversee website updates, social media platform, and digital content optimization.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to educate and engage target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all U.S. marketing materials and channels.
- Utilize CRM tools to track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Vice President Sales to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies.
- Plan and coordinate events and trade shows to showcase products.
- Oversee event promotions and post-event follow-up strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from sales teams.
- Experience with trade show management, content creation, and lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with water quality monitoring, instrumentation, or analytical systems is a plus.
