• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and assist residents with personal care.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Clinical Department.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.
• Maintain education and documentation as required.

• State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, or completion of an accredited training course.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but we enroll the right candidate.
