Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, you are the backbone of the clinical department. Your duties include:

• Providing medication and nursing care as directed by each resident’s care plan
• Conducting resident assessments and implementing interventions
• Serving as a team leader and advocating for residents
• Ensuring residents are comfortable, safe, and supported in their daily activities

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Prior LPN experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high‑quality, compassionate care
