Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

On-demand pay is available. We are actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the medications and nursing care outlined in their individual care plans, conduct resident assessments, act as a team leader, and advocate for residents. You will use your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.

• Minimum:
  Unencumbered State of Illinois LPN license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
• As an LPN, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department; ensure residents receive the care they need as directed by their care plan, including medication administration and ongoing assessments.
