Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) leader for a Director Of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON) position overseeing clinical operations for home health and specialty infusion services.

The DON provides overall clinical leadership, ensuring compliance, quality patient care, staff development, and operational excellence. The ADON supports the DON with daily clinical operations, staff supervision, compliance activities, and leadership development.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with occasional travel to patient homes.
• Clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical duties when required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of skilled home health nursing experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS, state/federal guidelines, and accreditation standards.
• Experience with EMR systems (Axxess preferred).
• Ability to provide sound clinical judgment and foster a collaborative team environment.
