We are hiring a Dog Daycare Attendant to lead safe, engaging playgroups and provide hands-on care for our four-legged guests. If you have experience in daycare, kennel, shelter, dog walking, pet sitting, or veterinary care and love high-energy pups, this role lets you turn that passion into a meaningful career.

You will play a key role in keeping our resort running smoothlymonitoring group play, maintaining a clean environment, and making sure every dog has a positive, safe experience from drop-off to pick-up.

• Lead and monitor dog playgroups with a safety-first mindset, reading canine body language and adjusting group dynamics as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitized suites and play spaces so that every area meets our safety and sanitation standards.
• Feed, water, and transition dogs between play areas, suites, and other zones while documenting and communicating any issues or concerns.
• Cross-train with lodging operations and assist throughout the resort wherever dogs and teammates need support.
• Use clear, consistent communication with the team and, when needed, support pickup/drop-off driving routes with a valid driver's license and safe record.

• Within your first 3 months, you confidently manage playgroups of varying sizes and energy levels while consistently following all safety protocols.
• Dogs in your care experience smooth, low-stress transitions, and any behavioral or health concerns are accurately observed and reported.
• Your assigned areas pass cleanliness and sanitation checks throughout each shift, contributing to a healthy, odor-free environment.
• You become a reliable, positive teammate who steps up to help across daycare and lodging, earning the trust of both supervisors and peers.

• At least 1 year of paid, professional pet-care experience in a daycare, kennel, shelter, or veterinary setting.
• Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced, loud, and physical environment, including cleaning and handling dogs of various sizes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed safety and sanitation protocols.
• A growth mindset and willingness to cross-train, learn canine body language, and build a long-term career in pet care.

• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Holiday pay at 1.5x hourly rate for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Fourth of July
