Mid-size CNC Machine shop company has immediate opening for experienced QC Inspector.
We have a variety of components ranging from a single quantity up to hundreds each month.
Typical tolerances from 0.0005" up to 0.005".
Must be experienced with ISO documentation and procedures.
Ideal candidate must have experience with Manual CMM (Mitutoyo with Geo Measure 3000 software) Brown and Sharpe CNC CMM with PC-Dimos language.
Applicants must have at least 3-5+ years of experience.
ResponsibilitiesReview blueprints and written instructions to understand quality requirements for each product.
Select random samples and test using our standard methods.
Approve or reject samples based on quality standards and inspections.
Use necessary tools in the course of testing products.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing outcomes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
QualificationsPrevious experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role is preferred.
Certification in Quality Control is preferred.
Understanding of quality control standards and testing methods.
Attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
