Scooter's Coffee - - Responsibilities:
Direct an efficient workflow and assist the store manager in store operations duties;
Serve as a role model of barista responsibilities and act as team leader when the store manager is unavailable;
Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques;
Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods by managing workflow and preparing for next rush;
Assist in onboarding and training new team members
