Job Description:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities. This role blends account management with proactive inside sales and is well-suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship-building and achieving growth targets! This position is fully onsite in Wheeling and offers travel to two trade shows per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email
- Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
- Develop strong relationships to expand existing accounts and uncover new business
- Educate customers on product offerings, customization options, and pricing
- Prepare quotes and proposals and actively follow up to secure orders
- Coordinate order specifications, designs, and timelines with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel-based tools
- Collaborate with a close-knit sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- 3–5 years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience
- Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new sales opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a small-office, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience with CRM
- Direct hire opportunity
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) - Fully onsite, business casual environment
- Extended hours may be required during peak season (July 1–October 15)
