Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities. This role blends account management with proactive inside sales and is well-suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship-building and achieving growth targets! This position is fully onsite in Wheeling and offers travel to two trade shows per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email
  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships to expand existing accounts and uncover new business
  • Educate customers on product offerings, customization options, and pricing
  • Prepare quotes and proposals and actively follow up to secure orders
  • Coordinate order specifications, designs, and timelines with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel-based tools
  • Collaborate with a close-knit sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a small-office, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience with CRM
Additional Details:
  • Direct hire opportunity
  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Fully onsite, business casual environment
  • Extended hours may be required during peak season (July 1–October 15)
  • Onsite product training provided
