• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicles makes and models including features & benefits
• Knowledge of all current new and used car inventory
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, ads, referrals, etc.)
• Call prospects and set up appointments
• Work with Management team to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
