Marquette Management, Inc. () is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our Wheeling, IL property. The role requires driving traffic, conducting engaging tours, providing top‑note customer service, and closing leases. Availability on Saturdays and weekends is required.

• Drive traffic and generate interest in available rentals.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing information.
• Deliver excellent customer service to prospective residents.
• Close leasing agreements and maintain documentation.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Self‑motivated and proactive.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

• Sales ability and prospecting skills.
• Ability to create and implement marketing plans.

• Capability to generate traffic to the property.
