- Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
- Ensures all make‑ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs and snow removal.
- Enjoys team effort.
- Problem solver.
- Reliable transportation & live within 30 minutes of the property for on‑call.
- Have current HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one.
