Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role offers three shifts: 1st Shift from 6am to 2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3rd Shift from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday. Expect to work 15-20 hours of overtime weekly, including Saturday overtime. The position involves maintaining and repairing packaging line machines and press machines, ensuring all mechanical systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Replace or fabricate parts as needed.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair failures of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on various machinery including Punch Presses, Thermoformers, Interfolders, and packaging equipment.
• Complete all maintenance and repairs accurately, safely, and in a timely manner while following company policies and procedures.
• Receive and manage work orders through the Maintenance X app provided by the company.

Essential

Skills:

• Maintenance technician experience
• Electrical and mechanical repair skills
• Preventive maintenance expertise
• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience with specific machines or industry is a plus

The work is conducted in a GMP environment where adherence to safety protocols, including wearing a hairnet, is mandatory. The facility is air-conditioned and clean, although it can be very loud due to constant stamping activities.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
