Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a stable, growing company with over 40 years of success in the manufacturing industry.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including punch presses, thermoformers, interfolders, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Repair, replace, and fabricate machine components as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment while following all company policies and procedures.
• Complete maintenance activities accurately and efficiently to support production goals.

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with PLCs, machine controls, servo drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Own basic maintenance tools and test equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when needed.
