Shift: Mon–Fri, 10:30am–7:00pm3rd

Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:30pm–5:00am (includes a pay differential)
A day on the floor

You badge in and review the work queue. Using a computer-generated work order or clear direction from your supervisor, you pull, pack, stage, or convert customer orders. You package every item following carrier rules and any customer-specific instructions, making sure labels are crisp and readable. You note job and order numbers on the order ticket so the next person has everything they need.

On screen, you generate labels, verify stock, update shipping status, and prepare small parcel shipments for UPS and Fed Ex, finishing with a complete shipping manifest. At the dock, you chock the trailer, confirm the bed is clear of debris and hazards, and only then enter to unload or load. You check incoming goods for visible damage and make sure they match the packing list or return authorization, then position and secure freight properly.

Before wheels roll, you confirm every load is fastened to spec.

You keep forms and records accurate and legible, maintain a tidy aisle, and follow every safety rule without compromise. When priorities shift, you jump in with other duties as assigned.

What powers your success

Required:

2+ years in a warehouse environment

Required:

2+ years on a stand-up reach truck

Confident operating a stand-up reach truck, cherry picker, order picker, and electric pallet jack (Crown reach truck experience)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift

Current forklift certification/license

Ensure labels are legible and complete; include job and order numbers on tickets

Use company systems to produce labels, check inventory, update shipment status, prepare UPS/Fed Ex, and create shipping manifests

Load/unload safely: chock trucks, verify clear and safe truck beds, inspect incoming product and paperwork, position and secure freight correctly

Accurately complete and maintain all forms and records

Keep work areas clean and free of debris

Comply with all safety rules and regulations
