Position Title

Itinerant General Maintenance//Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic I/Plumber II 7:30 a.m.

- 3:00 p.m.

Immediate Supervisor

Principal

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Passed or Successful passage of the General Maintenance competency test
  • Hold minimum of Journeyman certification as a plumber, West Virginia Division of Labor License
  • Hold a Technician certification for HVAC
  • Hold either a EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
  • Valid West Virginia Driver's
  • Pass Background/fingerprinting Check
  • Ability to Interpret and Transmit Written Communication
  • Good Health
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
Employment Term

240 day contract for the 2026/2027 school year

Salary

Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
