Job Description Help Wanted – Full-Time Farm Hand We are seeking a reliable, hardworking full-time farm hand who can work independently with minimal supervision.### Requirements
* Ability to drive a manual (standard transmission) vehicle
* Experience making and handling hay
* Mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and repairs
* Experience working with cattle and sheep
* Ability to build, repair, and maintain farm fencing
* Willingness to work long hours when needed
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
