Ensure compliance with racing commission standards as they apply to the track surface maintenance;
Continuously inspect the track surface, infield, and tote board area, and perform maintenance of the track and the racing surface;
Preparation of the racing surface, including ensuring the track is free of any debris or obstacles and weeds;
Monitor track tubing to ensure it is in good working order, to ensure proper moisture of the track, and the safety of greyhounds during racing;
Operate the track equipment in a safe and proper manner
