The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is looking for a Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager to cover a About the role As a Senior Catering & Conference Services Manager at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you will raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation of the Catering & Conference Services Department while personally planning, selling and servicing catering & conference business.

Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, departmental operations, and the competitive market. Communicate group needs to all relevant departments, including amenities, arrival/departure schedules, deliveries, and special meal requirements. Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by hotel leadership.

Minimum three years of experience in catering, conference services, event planning, or hospitality management in a full service resort or hotel required. Strong organizational, communication, and client-relationship skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex event details. Proficiency with sales and catering systems preferred.

Proficient computer skills  Demonstrated coaching and people development skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and event-related schedules.
