Per the Custodial Agreement starting at $29.11 - $30.07 per hour

Position Summary
:
Performs semiskilled work cleaning and maintaining school building interiors and exteriors, supervising and directing an evening custodial staff, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the close supervision of the Building Principal, Head Custodial Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Building Operations.
Education and/or Experience
:
High school diploma or GED.
Special Requirements
:
Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota. 1st Class Boilers License is requested. We will consider a 2nd Class License, with the intent of upgrading your license, if no qualified candidates apply.
