Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in multi‑family/residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing both maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make‑ready turns, completing service requests, and performing preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.

HVAC certification is required for this position.

• Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Work with vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
• Prep apartments for make‑ready turns.
• Perform general maintenance duties as necessary.
• Be on‑call and respond to after‑hour emergency calls.
• Conduct snow removal and maintain grounds, including common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Complete work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical work.

• Complete grasp of on‑site maintenance management.
• 4‑5 years of maintenance experience in multi‑family/residential properties and 1‑2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Detailed knowledge of make‑ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and ability to travel to other properties if needed.
• Basic set of tools.
• Responsible, reliable, and possess a positive, get‑the‑job‑done attitude.
