Qualifications

* high school diploma or equivalency preferred

* work experience in custodial services in a school district preferred

* read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures

* knowledge of minor repair techniques

* operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment

* properly handle cleaning supplies

* CDL preferred. Candidates who are willing to obtain a CDL are encouraged to apply. Training and support to obtain a CDL are provided by the district to qualified candidates.

Job Description
• no more than 40 hours a week.

* general district and campus custodial duties

* follow routine cleaning schedule procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds
