Salary Range: $28.00 To $35.00 Hourly
Job DescriptionResponsible for enhancing the customer service experience.
- Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Promote Safety for the client, contractor, customer, and public.
- Performing field checks and inspecting job sites.
- Determining, documenting and communicating job site readiness.
- Constant communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinating job planning and completion dates to meet scheduled timelines.
- Completing all associated paperwork and electronic reporting.
- Dispatching and assigning jobs.
- Perform investigations on damaged facilities and document the findings.
- Works with customer claims and legal departments by providing subject matter expertise and documentation. (This may include depositions and court testimony.)
- Performing field checks and inspecting job sites.
- Completing all associated paperwork and electronic reporting.
- May be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Many job sites will need to be coordinated simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Travel may be required.
- May work alone for long periods of time.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must follow all safe work practices.
- Must have 3 years of related experience, 5 years preferred.
- Must be certified to open energized equipment.
- Working knowledge of customer standards and specifications for services being installed.
- Skilled in using computer software such as Microsoft Office, and customer software programs.
- Advanced skills in effective communication.
- Working knowledge of distribution system mapping.
- Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend English.
- Must be very organized and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be self‑motivated.
- Valid Texas Driver License.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional formal or occupational education focused on electrical services and construction is preferred.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces. Must be able to move freely, including ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at the knees and waist. May be required to work long and unpredictable hours. Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather. Must be able to pass pre‑employment physical, psychological, skill, and drug testing as required.
