The Opportunity … Bevcorp LLC;

Blender, Filler, Capper, and Seaters.
Capper Field Service Technician – you will report to the Capper Field Service Leader.
On a Given Day, You May- Perform all duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safety-focused work mentality.
- Set up and adjust machines, in the field and in our Eastlake facility, to equipment specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically and electronically.
- Perform checks and setup of capping components for proper operation.
- Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance on cappers. Install, commission, and set up cappers in customer facilities.
- Install, commission, and set up new cappers in customer facilities.
- Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines.
- Identify and articulate root cause problem statements while troubleshooting.
- Changeover and setup change parts checking clearance and timing.
- Complete service reports in a timely manner (within 2 business weekdays of returning from trip).
- Provide training to customers and coworkers alike.
- Follow good assembly practices while performing job duties.
- Travel, sometimes nights and weekends. Schedule may fluctuate due to business need/priority; any change to schedule will be provided.
- Internal departmental cross-training is an expectation.
- When not traveling on a job, work onsite at Bevcorp facilities as directed by management. Engage in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support internal operations.
- Complete safety initiatives as required within JBT expectations (BBSOs, Near Misses, etc.).
The Role
- Mechanical aptitude / knowledge required.
- Basic computer skills (including iPad and smartphone), such as email, Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience serving customers and working as a team to achieve success.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- High level of dedication to safety and quality.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
- Passion to deliver results on our customers’ needs.
- Ability to adhere to all JBT values.
- Ability to travel outside of the US.
- Ability to lift, carry, move, etc., up to 50 pounds.
- The Field Service Technician will work remotely and may potentially travel 80-100% of the time to customer sites. When not traveling, they must report to the Bevcorp facility in Eastlake, OH for maintenance support and cross-training.
The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $24 - $33 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
