What You’ll Need:

• ✔️ 3+ years of general maintenance experience
• ✔️ HVAC Certification (Required)
• ✔️ EPA License (Preferred)
• ✔️ CPO Certification (Preferred)
• ✔️ Skilled in:
• • Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
• • Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)
• • Water Heater (gas & electric)

🛠️ A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
