Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned Dollar General stores to troubleshoot entry-level maintenance issues and perform preventative maintenance.;
Use the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document, communicate, and track maintenance tickets with key business partners.;
Educate store leadership on maintenance best practices to extend the life of coolers, freezers, and equipment.;
Perform on-site repairs and support entry-level maintenance, including light exterior grounds support and safety equipment assessment.;
Complete on-site checklists, document resolutions within designated time frames, and conduct root-cause training when necessary.
