Shipping and Receiving Clerk

An agriculture and construction retail supplier is seeking a Shipping & Receiving clerk. As the Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will play an important role in accurately receiving parts, providing excellent customer service, along with assisting Service Technicians with pulling parts for their jobs.

• Daily receiving parts – Signing for shipments, accurately receiving parts into computer system, filling customer orders and stocking parts accurately on shelves or in bins as needed.
• Excellent Customer service – Calling customers when parts orders are complete and ready for pick up. Providing help at the parts counter when necessary.
• Shipping parts – As needed shipping parts to customers.
• Load & Unload Trucks – Able to load or unload trucks using a forklift
• Warehouse & Shipping area clean & organized – Sweep floors, break down boxes, take out boxes/trash as needed.
• Answering Phone calls – As need arises able to help with answering phones.
• Assist Service Technicians – Pulling parts for Technicians for service jobs.

• High School diploma or GED
• Forklift Certified or able to be certified
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Clean Driving record

• Parts knowledge and ability to read parts diagrams helpful
• Computer knowledge and ability to learn POS system
• Detail oriented, able to match parts numbers on packaging and shipping paperwork

Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm. Seasonal (March – Oct every other) Saturdays 8am-12pm
