Service Master Clean Franchise Opportunity

As a Service Master Service Partner, you belong to a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients. Multiple shifts available: part-time days, part-time evenings, and full-time.

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers' buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

• Bagging and removing trash
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum
• Clean restrooms
• Ensure cleaning duties are performed to company standards
• Follow Service Master's standards, products, processes, and procedures
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual preferred)
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a cell phone
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Past cleaning experience a plus
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
