Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work area.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
- Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
- High School diploma / GED preferred.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years of age or older, valid driver’s license.
- Customer Service Abilities.
- Positive Attitude.
- Trustworthy and Reliable.
- Willingness to learn.
- Pulling/Pushing, Carrying.
- Walking 5+ minutes, Sitting, Standing 5+ minutes.
- Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, and/or Crawl 1+ minute.
- Operate a motor vehicle.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
$12.00 - $17.00 hourly. Supplemental pay: bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
