Custodial Supervisor – Facilities Maintenance

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay: $18.79 per hour ($39,083 annually).

Responsibilities

• Supervises custodial contracted vendor and coordinates all planned activities and monthly stakeholder meetings.
• Assesses vendor service quality and performs daily facility inspections for cleanliness.
• Initiates cleaning tasks required by the vendor and personally cleans high‑security areas where vendors are not permitted.
• Tracks inventory of supplies, purchases supplies for county facilities, and maintains accurate documentation of usage.
• Investigates new products for better pricing and effectiveness.
• Supervises one part‑time employee and custodial contractors.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance.
