Brazer 2nd Shift

Job Description

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer
1. This position perform critical assembly line and sub‑assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubing.

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Handle materials to and from workstation
• Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care
• Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions
• Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements
• Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations
• Maintain quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferred
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
